Scholarships & Financial Support

Government schemes, institutional support and help with your education loan paperwork.

Financial support

Nobody should lose a place over fees alone

A large share of our students are the first in their family to enter higher education. The college treats financial support as part of admissions, not a separate process, and the office will walk you through what you qualify for before you commit.

Support comes from three directions: Government of Tamil Nadu and Government of India scholarship schemes, institutional assistance through the educational trust, and education loans from banks, for which the college supplies the documentation required.

Eligibility for government schemes depends on category, family income and academic record, and the criteria are set by the sanctioning authority rather than by the college. Our office will tell you which schemes to apply for and help you submit.

How to apply

Applying for financial support

  1. Tell us at enquiry stage

Mention your category and circumstances when you first contact the admissions office.

  2. Confirm your admission

Most scholarship applications require a confirmed place before they can be submitted.

  3. Collect your certificates

Community, income, nativity and first graduate certificates as applicable, issued by the competent revenue authority.

  4. Apply through the office

Submit your application through the college scholarship section, which handles the portal submission and follow-up.

  5. Track the sanction

The office will tell you when the scheme is sanctioned and how it is adjusted against your fees.

Scholarship schemes, eligibility conditions and amounts are set by the sanctioning government department and revised from time to time. All scholarships are subject to eligibility. Contact the college office for the schemes open in the current academic year.
