The placement cell
Employability is not something a college can add in the final semester. Our Training and Placement Cell begins working with students from the first year, building the aptitude, communication and technical fundamentals that recruitment processes actually test.
The cell coordinates placement training, soft skills and communication coaching, aptitude and technical preparation, mock interviews and group discussions, internship placement, and the logistics of campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
Support does not stop at graduation. Alumni continue to have access to the cell for guidance on further study, professional registration and career moves.
What the cell provides
Structured training in aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability and technical fundamentals, timetabled alongside the academic programme.
Spoken English, presentation, group discussion and workplace communication coaching.
Practice technical and HR interviews with structured feedback before the real thing.
Coordination of summer internships and in-plant training relevant to each discipline.
Organisation of on-campus and pooled recruitment drives, and support for off-campus applications.
One-to-one guidance on higher study, competitive examinations, professional registration and entrepreneurship.
